Dear Students,

The results for accommodation and continued residency eligibility for undergraduate students (current residents) for the 115-1 (2026/2027) semester are now available.
Please check your result at the following website:

I. For those who have obtained accommodation / continued residency eligibility:

1. Please click "Confirm Check-in" by April 30 to secure your dormitory placement for the 2026/2027 academic year.
2. Accommodation options are as follows:

• Senior dormitory students (excluding B14 residents) who selected "Keep the Current Bed" may remain in their current bed.
• Senior dormitory students (excluding B14 residents) who did not select to keep their current bed may participate in the "Intra-Dormitory Bed Transfer Reservation" starting from 11:00 AM, April 20 (Monday) to reserve available spaces for the new academic year within their current dormitory.
  Please refer to each dormitory’s announcement for details.
  • Current residents of Male Dormitory 4 may register for available spaces at the General Dormitory Counselor Office from April 20 to April 22 (Monday to Wednesday).
  • Current residents of Male Dormitory 2 may register at the General Dormitory Counselor Office from April 20 to April 24 (Monday to Friday), or at the Male Dormitory 4 Counselor Office from April 22 to April 24 (Wednesday to Friday).
• All other students should participate in the Dormitory Relocation and Freshman Move-out Process from May 4 (Monday), 10:00 AM to May 12 (Tuesday), 5:00 PM, during which you may select dormitory preferences and preferred roommates.

3. If you do not need campus accommodation for the 2026/2027 academic year, please click "Decline Accommodation."

II. For applicants on the waiting list:

1. To reserve beds for incoming freshmen of the 2026/2027 academic year, only limited waitlist admissions will be processed before the end of August.
   After the freshman dormitory application process concludes in September, waitlist admissions for current students will continue.

Current residents who are not admitted from the waitlist by August 7 (Friday) must complete the move-out procedure by August 15 (Saturday) and wait off-campus for further placement.

2. Due to structural reinforcement work at Male Dormitory 2, the number of male students on the waiting list is higher than usual.
   This measure is necessary to ensure the safety of all residents. We appreciate your understanding.
3. You may check your personal waitlist number and status via the application website.
   The waitlist number will expire on December 4.
4. Applicants who registered for temporary accommodation at Yuantong Dormitory will be notified of check-in details starting in June.
5. If you have made other accommodation arrangements and wish to withdraw from the waitlist, please notify:

   • Ms. Feng (anhua@ntu.edu.tw )
     as soon as possible to help expedite the process.

IV. Prince Dormitory Application

If you wish to apply for accommodation at Prince Dormitory, please submit your application at:

Application period: July 15 to July 25 (2026)

You may apply for both campus dormitories and Prince Dormitory simultaneously.
However, if you are assigned a bed in both, you may choose only one.
